It was simply a night about brain.
Last Thursday was a long tiring day, yet fun-packed day for our little family. We visited two museums in one day – the Museum of Natural Sciences and The Health Museum. Houston is so big that I actually have more than 20 museums in my list just in this big city alone. There is even a National Museum of Funeral History! But one of the best museums is the Space Center
Houston in NASA. That was the
first museum we explored soon as we came here.
Going back to the Brain Night topic, the event was actually a sponsored activity by The Neuroscience Research Center (NRC) at The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth) which was held in conjunction with International Brain Awareness Week.
Gabriel really enjoyed and learned a lot of things about brain. He participated in all the activities hopping from one to another using our checklist of brain activities. He got a goody bag for finishing them all. Here are some snapshots:
