Thanksgiving

It is that time of the year to go out, stay up late, or wake up so early to take advantage of the biggest sale. Where the biggest discount is where the longest line of people patiently waiting to enter.

This year's black Friday is not for me. I have no intention to go out there, get in line, and wait. Do not get me wrong. I like to go shopping and I like to be able to get the best deal in town. But, I also like to enjoy shopping, and Black Friday is the worse day. For my husband, today is just ordinary day. His shopping day is Cyber Monday.

I went shopping a day before today. I shopped and hopped from one store to another with my 7-year old son. I was enjoying all the good deals, until my son has to say these words, "we've been shopping for the whole day mommy... I missed home." That was my wake up call. I suddenly felt tired. After paying, we headed home.

Today, I would like to say THANK YOU to our Lord God for everything. I thank him for my life, for my family, for all the things I have, and for all the people that he placed in my life.
