It's the start of the Spring Break 2015, my son and I were on a hunt for Minecraft set of bed sheet and comforter. We hopped from different stores, but our efforts were futile. Target, Walmart, Kohls, Ross, and Toys R Us in different branches do not have Minecraft theme bedroom set for kids. My son was already frustrated and was urging me to contact the maker of Minecraft. I asked him several times that if ever we could not find any Minecraft themed bedsheet and comforter, what is his second option. The answer was "there is no second option, mommy". Holly guacamole!

It was a long day of nothing but frustration. I just unilaterally decided to do online shopping for this one. We then hopped into the closest place to quench our thirst and hunger - James Coney Island. It was our first time at this JCI here at Meyerland. The crews were nice and polite. The place was neat and clean. I am not sure about this idea because I know my son has this attitude of saying "no" to whichever is new to his sight and taste. Admittedly, kids are mostly judgmental with regard to food. Surprisingly, this time he got excited about it. So we gave it a try. He ordered for the kids meal Cheesy Coney Dog with mustard, chili sauce, Kraft cheese whiz,
french fries, and drinks. When he got his order, he excitedly took a bite and exclaimed, "oh wow mommy, this taste good!". The meal has transformed this day of frustration to the best day ever to a 7-year old boy as he repeatedly said, "this is the best day ever, mommy." He continued saying, "I will tell Daddy to bring me here instead of McDonald!"

I guess this is saying goodbye to McNuggets and fries for now.
